Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using FazeAI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

FazeAI is an AI-powered personal development application that provides:

• AI coaching through 5 unique virtual coaches
• Habit tracking, goal setting, and mission management
• Sleep, nutrition, and wellness monitoring
• Guided therapeutic exercises (CBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Travel planning, community events, and learning paths

FazeAI is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, please contact your local emergency services.

You must create an account to use FazeAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use FazeAI.

FazeAI offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:

• Free: Limited features including 1 AI coach and basic tracking.
• Premium: 5.99€/month or 23.99€/6 months. Unlocks all coaches, unlimited messages, AI voice, and advanced features.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Cancellation can be done at any time through Google Play. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with third parties

FazeAI's AI coaches provide guidance based on established psychological frameworks, but they are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. The App should complement — not replace — professional care. FazeAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI coaching.

All content, design, and technology in FazeAI are the intellectual property of FazeAI and its founder. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without written permission.

FazeAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montpellier, France.
